Requisitos: Requirements -High level of English and Spanish is a plus
-At least 2 years of experience working in a similar position is a plus
– Experience providing support in multimedia, telecommunications or IT infrastructure products/services
-Good knowledge of Windows and Apple
-Desirable Microsoft certifications MCSE/MCSA
-Good communication skills
